By accessing and using the shard-logic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
shard-logic provides financial education programmes for children and teenagers aged 7-18 in the Manchester area. Our services include group courses, workshops, and educational resources designed to teach young people fundamental money management skills.
Our educational programmes are designed for children aged 7-18. Parents or legal guardians must complete the enrolment process on behalf of their children. By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian with authority to do so.
Submitting an enrolment form constitutes an expression of interest. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from shard-logic. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.
Payment plans are available upon request. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
We reserve the right to make changes to programme content, schedules, instructors, or venues when necessary. We will notify enrolled families of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible. If a programme is cancelled by shard-logic, enrolled families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.
Regular attendance is important for learning outcomes. If your child cannot attend a session, please notify us in advance. Catch-up sessions are available at no extra cost within the same term.
We expect all participants to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a programme without refund.
Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their child's participation. All our staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding procedures.
We may take photographs during sessions for promotional purposes. We will seek separate consent for any use of images featuring identifiable children. You may opt out of photography at any time.
